1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Defenzor software or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our software.

2. Permitted Use

• ·Receive remote technical support from authorised agents
• ·Run PC diagnostic scans on devices you own or are authorised to maintain
• ·Check for password breaches on accounts you own

3. Prohibited Use

• ✗Using Defenzor to access computers without the owner's explicit consent
• ✗Using Defenzor for any fraudulent, deceptive, or scam-related activities
• ✗Modifying, reverse-engineering, or distributing the software
• ✗Impersonating Defenzor support staff to deceive users
• ✗Using the software for surveillance without the subject's knowledge

4. Subscription & Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as chosen at sign-up. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months except where required by law.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Defenzor is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or that scan results will be 100% accurate. Always make backups before significant changes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Defenzor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our software or services.
