1. Overview
Defenzor ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We are operated by Viatii and can be contacted at privacy@thedefenzor.com.
2. Data We Collect
Screen Data: Captured and transmitted via AES-256-GCM encryption directly to your agent. Never stored on our servers.
Device Identifier: A random anonymous UUID stored in %APPDATA%\DefenzorRemote\. Contains no personal information.
Heartbeat Signals: Every 30 seconds, your app sends a signal containing only your device ID and timestamp.
Breach Check: Uses the HaveIBeenPwned k-anonymity API. Only the first 5 characters of a hash are sent — never your actual password.
Payment Data (Pro): All payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your card number or CVV.
3. Data We Do NOT Collect

4. Data Retention
Session data is deleted immediately when the session ends. Heartbeat data is retained for 7 days. Pro subscription data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days after cancellation.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at privacy@thedefenzor.com with your device ID (found in the Defenzor app under Settings).
